The 2010 Classic Car Show and Cruise is scheduled for September 17 and 18!  Plan on attending and be part of the excitement!

Planning is beginning for the 2010 Classic Car Show and Friday Night Classic Car Cruise.   The first meeting is scheduled for February 17, 2010 at the Wild Rose, WI Patterson Memorial Library and Community Center at 6 P. M.  Anyone with an interest in classic cars or this events is welcome to attend.

Last year over 80 classic cars took part in the 25-mile cruise that started in Wild Rose on Friday Night at 6 P. M. and wound through Wild Rose area, returning there for attendees to park their automobiles.  Attendees and spectators alike were able to admire these classics and talk cars over meals or drinks on Wild Rose's hospitable Main Street.  

On Saturday, the show had 172 registered vehicles, competing for 17 trophies in five categories.  Breakfast was sponsored by the Kiwanis.  The Wild Rose Fire District and Auxillary sold food through-out the lunch period.  Raffles and games added to the excitement.  More events are planned for this year!

The 2009 Classic Car Show and Friday Night Classic Car Cruise were a huge success.  A big thank you goes out to all those who sponsored, helped, and participated in this event.

Few can resist the allure of a classic automobile: the swoop of a tail fin, the smell of leather, all that sensuous, sparkling chrome. To say. "They don’t make them like they used to!" is an understatement when speaking of classic automobiles and the muscles cars from America’s "Golden Age of the Automobile".

In 2008 the Classic Car Show drew over a hundred entries. The 2009 show proved to be even more exciting.  Plans are underway for the 2010 event.  If you or your organization would like to be part of the planning of the 2010 Classic Car Cruise, please contact Roger and Karen Fahey at 920-987-5205.

The Wild Rose Classic Car Show began on September 18, 2009 with a Friday Nite Car Cruise starting at 6 PM at the Wild Rose Elementary School on Mount Morris Avenue and ended up on Main Street, Wild Rose. Visitors strolled the charming Main Street and took in the special food, music and fun offered by local restaurants and taverns while checking out the metal muscle of a bygone era.

The event is held south of Wild Rose on HWY 22 at Roseville.
